A Master Kernel And Universality In Dimer Models

We use the discrete tacnode kernel to derive one and two level probability distributions. We also show how it can in an appropriate limit lead to the Cusp-Airy kernel . This turns out to lead to new Darboux-type expressions for a generalized GUE- kernel and also its double Fourier transform.
