Donald Cole is an administrator and faculty member at the University of Mississippi. In his capacities as Assistant Provost and Assistant to the Chancellor for Multicultural Affairs and Associate Professor of Mathematics, Cole plays an active leadership role in policy making, teaching, research, and diversification at the university. He previously taught on the faculty of Florida A & M University. He attended high school in Jackson, Mississippi, and holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Mississippi, M.A. degrees from both the State University of New York and the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor degree from Tougaloo College.
