Lincoln advises organizational leaders on operations strategy, program evaluation, and data use, with an emphasis on public-private partnerships and cross-functional teams. Over the past twenty years, Lincoln has served Fortune 500 companies, municipal governments, school districts, and various nonprofits. Prior to launching his own practice, Lincoln was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, and later served on the management team of Civic Consulting Alliance.
Lincoln holds Masters and Ph.D. degrees in applied mathematics from the MIT Operations Research Center. While there, Lincoln was awarded a National Science Foundation Fellowship for investigation of technologies that improve access to education and was selected to the inaugural Boston cohort of Education Pioneers. Lincoln is also a graduate, summa cum laude, of Florida A&M University, earning a B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences.
A native of Chicago, Lincoln is a past Chair of the Education Pioneers Alumni Board, founding board member of the Chicago Center for Arts and Technology (CHICAT), an Artistic Associate with Theatre Momentum, and a life member of the Florida A&M University National Alumni Association. |
